It doesn’t make any sense to me that there’s people out there who challenge Barack Obama’s message of hope and change. How can someone look at the past seven years and not be upset by the swift descent of this country, it’s reputation and it’s government. After all the scandals, lies, war, deaths, more lies, more scandals, many more deaths, crippling economic policies, horrid foreign relations, even more deaths, and so on, can anyone really look at our current system and not want it to change? In the last midterm election the people came out and demanded change by electing enough Democrats to take over the house and senate, but anyone who’s been paying attention can see not much has changed. I think it’s safe to say, whether republican or democrat, the same old politicians playing the same old political games aren’t going to be enough. We need drastic change and we need it NOW. Not four years from now, not eight years from now- but yesterday, actually. We do this by giving that responsibility to someone who hasn’t already been tainted by our current political system. Someone who will work for the people and not for the government. I believe that person is Obama.
